Our Steps

Preparation, briefing and planning
After initial consultation meetings to determine your goals and preferences, our interior designers will develop all the relevant floor plans alongside your appointed architect and use these as the basis for all design decisions moving forward.

Developing the design
We will create plans, elevations and CAD drawings for all areas mentioned in the scope of works. This is the point at which your luxury design will start coming to life. We will also create preliminary mood boards to give you a feel for the overall look of the property and consider all architectural and structural implications of our work with regards to the space’s electrical, mechanical, plumbing and waste services.

Bringing all plans and documents together
Upon your written approval of our plans, we will develop all drawings for submission to sub-contractors. These plans will contain the full specification of all materials that are to be used within your scheme, along with the final finishes and fixtures schedule. We can assist with finding, vetting, instructing, and managing suitable contractors if necessary.

During the Build
Our team will manage all aspects of the design works to ensure design integrity is applied. We will work hand in hand with your preferred contractor to troubleshoot design intent, offer assistance with design implementation and have members of the Toni Bond Interiors team available for consultation whenever necessary. This may be either on-site or by telephone or video call.
